Polyurethane integral skin foam, also known as whole skin molded foam, referred to as ISF. Highly active polyether polyol is main raw material. It has a high-strength outer skin, so the total physical and mechanical properties of its products greatly exceed the properties of ordinary polyurethane foams of the same density. On the contrary, under the premise of requiring the same physical properties, only lower density integral skin products are required. In this way, under the premise of quality assurance, the goal of saving consumption and reducing the cost of products can be achieved.

Polyurethane integral skin foam is widely used in automotive filed, the main applications are in the following aspects:

The armrest and gear lever handle of the car are wrapped in integral skin foam, which can be molded and pigmented, so that the products have beautiful patterns, required colors, comfortable feeling;

Integral skin flexible foam can be used as the headrest of car cushions, and the new type car support frame head uses steel tube inserts, which are wrapped around a whole skin foam layer about 20mm thick;

As the key coating material of the steering wheel of the car, polyurethane integral skin foam makes the product feel good and has a shockproof effect;

Polyurethane integral skin foam can be used in automobile dashboards and anti-shock pads in energy-absorbing applications, and can be used as a bumper on the outside, which can absorb 50~80% of the energy generated by impinging, so that the damage of drivers and passengers is reduced to a minimum.
