Qichen Polyurethane is a manufacturer of industry-standard formulations of spray polyurethane foam systems for residential and commercial construction and retrofit projects.
We produce both ready-form system blown with HCFC-141b, HFC-245fa, total water agent, and formulated blend polyols without blowing agent as customers requirement.

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is made by combining two liquid components coming from different containers, during a chemical reaction to form a foam. These two components are generally referred to as the “A” side and the “B” side. The “A” side of the system is polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (PMDI). The “B” side is typically a blend of polyols, catalysts, blowing agent, flame retardant, silicone surfactant, and catalyst.

Blended polyols are part of the chemical reaction to make the foam. MDI side serve control the creation of the foam bubbles (“cells”) in the best way, and to provide the various characteristics of the finished product.
